This role is responsible for achieving sales goals for Baxter’s product portfolio within the assigned territory, which includes products from Baxter’s Access, Drug Delivery, Nutrition, Pharma, and Fluid Therapy portfolios. The Territory Business Manager will implement sales strategies and execute business plans to meet sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives. This role involves calling on alternate site customers such as Home Infusion, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Consulting Pharmacies, Physician Offices, Oncology, and Distributors. The position requires delivering effective sales presentations, providing technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and education. Collaboration with Virtual Sales, Infusion Systems, Pharmacy, and Nutrition Specialists is key to achieving goals. The role also includes protecting, servicing, and growing the current customer base, managing and maximizing Baxter GPO contracts, and serving as a resource for market information. The team is described as friendly, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement, finding unique strategies to close deals and expand skills.
