About The Position

This role is responsible for achieving sales goals for Baxter’s product portfolio within the Houston, TX territory, focusing on Alternate Site accounts. The Territory Business Manager will implement sales strategies, execute business plans to meet sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives, and call on various alternate site customers including Home Infusion, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Consulting Pharmacy’s, Physician Offices, Oncology, and Distributors. The position involves delivering effective sales presentations, providing product information and demonstrations, and working collaboratively with internal sales teams to protect, service, and grow the existing customer base. The role also includes managing Baxter GPO contracts and serving as a market information resource. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Three years minimum sales experience.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales goals for Baxter’s product portfolio in the Territory.
  • Implement sales strategies and execute business plan to achieve sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives.
  • Calls on alternate site customers including (Home Infusion, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Consulting Pharmacy’s, Physician Offices, Oncology and Distributors), delivers effective sales presentations, provides technical and administrative product information, demonstrations, and education.
  • Works in close harmony with Virtual Sales, Infusion Systems, Pharmacy and Nutrition Specialist to achieve assigned goals and objectives.
  • Protect, service, and grow current base of business.
  • Responsible for managing and maximizing Baxter GPO contracts.
  • Serve as a resource for market information for management and marketing.
