This role is responsible for achieving sales goals for Baxter’s product portfolio within the Houston, TX territory, focusing on Alternate Site accounts. The Territory Business Manager will implement sales strategies, execute business plans to meet sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives, and call on various alternate site customers including Home Infusion, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Consulting Pharmacy’s, Physician Offices, Oncology, and Distributors. The position involves delivering effective sales presentations, providing product information and demonstrations, and working collaboratively with internal sales teams to protect, service, and grow the existing customer base. The role also includes managing Baxter GPO contracts and serving as a market information resource.
