EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) at their Advanced Solutions rental facility in Grand Rapids, MI. This role is responsible for expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Advanced Solutions branches offer equipment rentals within climate control, compressed air, fluid solutions, power solutions, and more. The company is looking for someone who is ready to grow with them, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for executing the full sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. They will also respond to inbound leads, develop new business, and maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and educate them on EquipmentShare's solutions.
