This role focuses on delivering exceptional service to bakery and foodservice customers while identifying opportunities to expand market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience (foodservice or bakery industry preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Experience using CRM or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct regular customer visits to assess needs and provide product solutions
  • Promote and sell BakeMark’s full line of bakery ingredients, products, and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer service, and leadership) to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
