EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Sioux Falls, SD. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for new business development and client acquisition/account development, expanding the existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The role involves maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure customers are satisfied with the level of service and support, keeping them up-to-date about new or additional ways EquipmentShare can help improve their business. The Territory Account Manager will also conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers and develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience. This role manages and supports job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement, and assists with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
