EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Amarillo, TX. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Territory Account Manager will execute the full sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. They will respond to inbound leads, utilize CRM systems, and focus on new business development and client acquisition. The goal is to educate customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money, increase their revenue, and improve operational efficiency. Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction and to keep them informed about new solutions. The role also involves conducting sales presentations, developing new sales strategies, and supporting job site activities and equipment rental, sales, and service needs.
