EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC) at our rental facility in Mound House, NV (Advanced Solutions). This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also be responsible for new business development and client acquisition/account development, maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, and conducting sales presentations to prospective and existing customers. The role also involves developing new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience, as well as managing and supporting job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement, and assisting with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
