EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Rapid City, SD. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The company offers construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment, and more. Territory Account Managers will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also respond to inbound leads, utilize CRM systems, and focus on new business development and client acquisition. The role involves maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships, educating customers on how EquipmentShare can save them money and operate more efficiently, and keeping them updated on new solutions. Additionally, the Territory Account Manager will respond to customer inquiries, conduct sales presentations, develop new sales strategies, and support job site activities and projects.
