About The Position

You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening client relationships within your designated region. You will identify new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote our portfolio of radiopharmaceutical products. This position requires strategic thinking, strong relationship management, and a deep understanding of the radiopharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Strong preference for candidates to be local to the following areas: Providence, RI, Hartford, CT., Albany, NY

Requirements

  • 4 year degree from an accredited university resulting in a BA/BS degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales within hospital or academic settings.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes.
  • Skilled in developing and executing sales operating plans aligned with corporate goals.
  • Experienced in project management, including budgeting, contracting, and timeline management.
  • Ability to quickly learn and communicate complex clinical or technical information.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive activities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and product needs promptly.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and clinical value of our radiopharmaceutical products.
  • Deliver effective product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
  • Accurately record all activities and customer information in Salesforce.com.
  • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
