EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Milwaukee, WI. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The Territory Account Manager will be responsible for the full sales strategy execution from market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management and revenue growth, through contract negotiation and customer retention. They will also respond to inbound leads, develop new business, and maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves conducting sales presentations, developing new sales strategies, and managing and supporting job site activities.
