EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Marysville, WA. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Territory Account Manager will execute the full sales strategy, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. They will respond to inbound leads, utilize CRM systems, and focus on new business development and account acquisition. The goal is to educate customers on how EquipmentShare can help them save money, make more money, and operate more efficiently, while also maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them of new solutions. The role involves conducting sales presentations, developing new sales strategies, and supporting job site activities and projects.
