EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Rock Springs, WY. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The Territory Account Manager will manage a geographical area, executing the full sales strategy from market analysis and sales forecasting to pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention. The role involves responding to inbound leads, utilizing CRM systems, developing new business, and educating clients on how EquipmentShare can improve their operations. Maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and informing them about new solutions is also a key responsibility. The position requires conducting sales presentations, developing new sales strategies, and supporting job site activities and equipment rental, sales, and service as needed.
