About The Position

EquipmentShare is hiring a Territory Account Manager at our rental facility in Williston, ND. This role is responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Core Solutions branches offer construction equipment rentals including aerial equipment, earth moving equipment, material handling equipment and more. The ideal candidate will be ready to grow with the company, bring energy and drive to their work, and help build the future of construction.

Requirements

  • Superior outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to manage strategic and national accounts.

Nice To Haves

  • Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Territory management of a geographical area, including market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, revenue growth, contract negotiation, and customer retention.
  • Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.
  • New business development and client acquisition/account development by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals to demonstrate how EquipmentShare can save them money, make them money, and operate more efficiently.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure 100 percent satisfaction and keep them informed about new solutions.
  • Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
  • Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and support job site activities and projects with remote and on-site involvement.
  • Assist with equipment rental, sales, and service when needed by customers on-site.
