We’re looking for a Territory Account Executive who wants their work to mean something - a relationship‑driven, results‑focused professional who blends business growth with patient advocacy. This is a field‑based role covering South Florida, including Naples, Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation, with up to 40% travel annually (typically 1–2 overnights per month). This role plays a vital part in expanding access to infusion care by connecting patients, providers, and health systems with reliable, high‑quality infusion services.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy
  • A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Comfort in a fast‑paced, field‑based sales role with significant face‑to‑face engagement
  • Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and strategic thinking skills
  • Motivation rooted in patient‑centered selling and long‑term provider partnerships

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a territory sales strategy focused on prescribers, specialty clinics, infusion centers, and hospital systems
  • Build strong referral relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners
  • Educate providers on LUX Infusion’s home‑based and suite‑based infusion services and comprehensive patient support model
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with clinical, operations, and intake teams to support patient onboarding and complex cases
  • Track pipeline activity, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Bring accountability, consistency, and follow‑through to every provider interaction
