Requirements

Proven experience in the pest control or termite industry — field experience is essential
Prior leadership or management experience strongly preferred
Valid Alabama WDO license (or ability to obtain one)
A hands-on leader who is not too proud to work alongside the team in the field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve issues with professionalism and care
Valid Alabama driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of termite inspectors and technicians
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Termite Department, including scheduling, quality control, and customer escalations
Set and track team performance goals, holding the department to a high standard of service and professionalism
Conduct field inspections and quality checks alongside your team
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including handling complex accounts
Collaborate with senior leadership and other department heads to grow the business
Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team morale
