About The Position

National Star Services, a leading facility management company with over 27 years of industry experience, is now seeking reliable, hardworking Bilingual Dishwashers to work in our client’s facility located in Des Plaines, IL 60018. The hourly pay rate is $19.35/hour with biweekly pay. The work schedule is Monday – Sunday, with 2 days off during the week and weekends required. There are two shifts available: 1st Shift from 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 2nd Shift from 2:30 p.m. – 10:30 a.m. Depending on the volume of interests and submissions, we will only be contacting applicants who meet all of the minimum requirements listed in the job description. Requirements

• Authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Slip-resistant rubber boots required for safety
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift as required by the role
• Availability to start working asap preferred

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a high-volume production environment
• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashing machines safely and efficiently
• Ensure all items meet strict cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Assist with sorting, stacking, and proper storage of cleaned items
• Remove trash and recyclables, maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times
• Work efficiently to meet tight production schedules and deadlines
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
