About The Position
The Terminal Operator works in a cement distribution terminal loading and unloading cement from trucks and railcars to distribute to customers in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. Individuals working in this position must maintain, repair, and replace all machinery and equipment used in the operation of the terminal.
Requirements
- Must be able to perform physical labor
- Must be able to use computers and software programs
- Must have Mechanical ability
- Knowledge of Safety Training/OSHA Requirements
Nice To Haves
- Experience with distribution of products and customer relations
- Complete Track Mobile (rail car mover) Training
Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading cement from trucks and railcars
- Distributing cement to customers efficiently and cost-effectively
- Maintaining, repairing, and replacing all machinery and equipment used in the operation of the terminal
