About The Position
Titan America is seeking Terminal Operators to support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our Richmond cement terminal. This is a hands-on, safety-critical role supporting daily terminal operations, equipment reliability, and material handling. This role is structured with multiple skill and pay tiers, allowing entry-level candidates to develop while also providing a clear pathway for experienced operators, mechanics, and industrial professionals to be recognized and compensated for higher-level skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
Nice To Haves
- Terminal, plant, rail, or heavy industrial experience
- Forklift or heavy equipment operation
- Mechanical maintenance or welding experience
- OSHA 10/30 or similar safety certifications
Responsibilities
- Load and unload tanker trucks and railcars safely while minimizing dust and spillage
- Operate forklifts, loaders, bobcats, and other mobile equipment
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized terminal conditions
- Communicate effectively with terminal personnel
- Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
- Repair and maintain compressors, pumps, blowers, and conveyors
- Perform preventative maintenance activities
- Identify and address reliability and safety risks
