About The Position

The Terminal Operator supports operations at the Batavia Storage Facility in a fast-paced environment. This hands-on, active role involves loading and unloading trucks and rail cars, operating and maintaining facilities and equipment, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting issues. The operator follows safety protocols and works directly with the terminal manager and the rest of the team. The role requires physical stamina and readiness for early mornings, nights, and occasional weekend work.

Requirements

• Equipment operating experience, such as with a loader, backhoe, or skid steer.
• General understanding and experience with material handling, including pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work and communicate with the terminal manager and the rest of the team.
• Physical stamina for a hands-on, active role.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks and rail cars.
• Maintain and operate facilities and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety excellence.
