About The Position

Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role leads and coordinates daily terminal operations to ensure safe, efficient material handling and timely deliveries. The position involves supervising, coaching, and supporting terminal personnel while fostering a strong safety-first culture. It also includes monitoring inventory levels, overseeing loading/unloading activities, and ensuring accurate documentation. Collaboration with logistics, maintenance, and customer teams is key to optimizing operations and resolving issues. The role also enforces compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.
Requirements
