Tennis & Racquet Courts Maintenance Associate
About The Position
BallenIsles Country Club is hiring a full-time Racquet Courts Maintenance Associate to maintain and support the upkeep of its tennis and pickleball courts and surrounding areas. The role includes routine maintenance, general repairs, janitorial duties, and operation of light maintenance equipment. The associate prepares courts for daily play, records completed work, and communicates with members, management, team members, and the Racquets Shop front desk. Weekend and holiday availability is required as operational needs dictate. Compensation is $22.00 per hour. Nice To Haves

- Basic knowledge of tennis and/or pickleball is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance of tennis and pickleball courts, including sweeping, lining, and debris removal.
- Prepare courts for daily play and maintain optimal playing conditions.
- Communicate daily court conditions with the Racquets Shop front desk.
- Conduct pressure washing, painting, and other assigned maintenance tasks.
- Repair and maintain fences, sprinklers, nets, and windscreens as needed.
- Accurately record completed work in a logbook.
- Maintain clear communication with members, management, and team members.
- Perform general repairs, routine maintenance, and janitorial duties, and operate light maintenance equipment.
