About The Position
Eau Claire Golf and Country Club, located in Altoona, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Tennis Instructor! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. Requirements
- 1-2 years' experience as a tennis coach/professional/instruction; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
Responsibilities
- Initiates, directs and promotes tennis, in an effort to enhance member satisfaction and engagement.
- Provides instruction and organizes games for all levels of players.
- Properly represents the club in state or national events as time will permit.
- Works cooperatively with other departments to develop combined programs for the membership.
- Ensures proper inspection of the courts/facilities on a daily basis prior to the start of play and ascertain that all necessary maintenance has been performed and the courts are in a safe working order. Reports any maintenance problems to the department manager or Maintenance Manager.
- Responsible for maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
