About The Position

As a part-time Tennis Court Maintenance Attendant, you will help maintain and prepare all indoor and outdoor court surfaces at the National Campus. The role involves physically demanding manual labor, equipment use and maintenance, keeping the grounds clean and organized, and preparing the facility for events. The position is designated as on-site. It is non-exempt and pays $17.00 per hour.

• Previous experience in tennis court maintenance or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and preparation of indoor and outdoor court surfaces.
• Handle manual labor, including loads of 80 pounds or more, and use drag mats, hoses, spreaders, and other tennis court preparation equipment.
• Install windscreens and court equipment as needed.
• Perform physically demanding aspects of the job as required.
• Maintain equipment and ensure its proper use, storage, and placement.
• Keep the grounds neat and clean through daily checks and proactive maintenance.
• Stock and store facility items such as nettings, center straps, and benches.
• Assist with facility preparation for events.
• Help maintain and enhance the National Campus’s reputation as a world-class tennis facility.
