About The Position

Euro School of Tennis is seeking friendly and reliable Tennis Coaches to teach beginner-level tennis to children in Grades K–3 at various elementary schools across the Bay Area. Training, lesson plans, equipment, and coaching support are provided.

Classes generally last 1–1.5 hours and may start between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Two or more days per week are preferred; the source ad lists approximately 2–5 hours weekly. Compensation is $50–$65 per hour. Coaches may also have opportunities to coach Pickleball, Soccer, Dance, Yoga, Volleyball, and other sports, depending on their skills, availability, and program needs.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years or older.
• Enjoy working with children.
• Be reliable, positive, and willing to learn.
• Have good communication and classroom management skills.
• Have reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Tennis playing or coaching experience is preferred.
• Availability to work two or more days per week is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach fun and engaging tennis lessons to children in Grades K–3.
• Manage groups of 8–10 children.
• Set up equipment and take attendance.
• Keep classes safe, active, and enjoyable.
• Communicate with parents and school staff.
