About The Position
Assist in court maintenance, retail, and tennis lesson reservations at our Racquet Club guests’ activities at The Beach Club. Greet all guests in a cheerful and courteous manner and provide attentive and cordial service at all times.
Requirements
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic to maintain excitement with the guests.
- Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.
- Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop
- Must be able to move/lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work in outside (hot), inclement weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Assist with court maintenance to include raking/watering courts, keeping trash cans emptied, etc.
- Interact with guests to assist with racquet repair, lesson reservations
- Provide information on Beach Club services and special events as needed.
- Use problem resolution skills to insure guest needs are met.
- Greet and offer assistance to guests in a courteous manner.
- Maintain work and court area in a clean, neat manner.
- Assist with tennis lessons, etc. as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned
