Beach Club Attendant – Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers Beach, Florida Fins up! Margaritaville Resort Fort Myers Beach is seeking applications from seasoned professionals for the exciting role of Beach Club Attendant. Nestled in the heart of Southwest Florida’s vibrant landscape, Margaritaville Fort Myers Beach, under the proud operation and ownership of TPI Hospitality, offers not just a job but an opportunity for unparalleled personal and professional growth. Beach Club Attendants should be full of energy and have an aptitude for genuine hospitality. You are the first point of contact for guests entering the Fins Up Beach Club area and play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and guest-focused environment.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizes and participates in recreational activities with guests of all ages.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Able to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide information to guests about available facilities, including amenities, schedules, and guidelines, to help them make informed decisions about their leisure activities.
  • Provide cashier services when working in facilities equipped with point-of-sale systems, processing payments accurately and efficiently for guest transactions.
  • Provide guests with exceptional guest experience, ensuring their enjoyment and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Review guest belongings to confirm they meet club guidelines, helping maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in pool and beach entry areas through routine cleaning and equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for guests.
  • Set up and break down pool and beach areas according to established protocols and schedules, preparing the facilities for guest use and ensuring efficient operations.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service, demonstrating a genuine desire to elevate the vacation experience for guests and exceed their expectations at every opportunity.
  • Assist guests with service requests promptly and courteously, addressing their needs and inquiries to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction.
