About The Position

The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery and customer liaison of a planned retrofit works programmes, working with customers on a daily basis to ensure communication is maintained at all time, and accommodating customer’s individual needs. You will need experience of working within the social housing sector, dealing with both clients & tenants. Experience of working on Retrofit housing projects & knowledge of PAS 203.

Requirements

Experience of working within the social housing sector, dealing with both clients & tenants.
Experience of working on Retrofit housing projects.
Knowledge of PAS 203.
Ability to manage, monitor and review performance standards to meet targets.
Possessing effective communication skills, together with influencing and negotiation skills.
Competent ICT skills including Microsoft Office, SharePoint
Effective Organisation skills
Full UK driving license.
