Tenancy Coordinator

TRELLIS SOCIETY FOR COMMUNITY IMPACTCalgary, AB
Onsite

About The Position

Trellis works with young people, adults, families, and communities to unlock their potential and support their growth. We are focused on generational change by providing a spectrum of services for people of all backgrounds, including those with complex needs. With our support, people from all walks of life are empowered to move beyond systemic barriers, cultivate great outcomes and reach their full potential. The Tenancy Coordinator is the operational steward of Trellis’s apartment buildings – the primary point of contact for tenants from move-in to move-out, carrying landlord responsibility with both professionalism and genuine care. You won’t be tied to one building. Tenancy Coordinators are a cross-building team, trained to work across all Trellis housing sites, and operating as one apartment team. This is property management with roots – where maintaining a building is inseparable from helping someone flourish.
