About The Position
As a Temporary Travel Assignment Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. This is a 12 week contract for Medical Surgical RN's for 3x12's every other weekend. Upon completion of your agreement, if you decide to join CHI St Vincent full time, you could be eligible for conversion incentives including sign on bonus, benefits, tuition assistance, eligibility for clinical ladder, and MUCH more. Requirements
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while delivering quality patient care
- Arkansas Registered Nursing (RN) or Multi State Current License
- Unencumbered license
- Travel experience required
- Medical Surgical experience required
- Associates degree in Nursing
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
- Additional Certifications required for specific units
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care
- Provide individualized, comprehensive care
- Make critical assessments
- Perform skilled procedures
- Implement patient care plans
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
- Collect, read, and interpret assigned patient’s health history
- Create and implement care plans in collaboration with other care team members
- Administer medications to patients and educate caregivers when necessary
