About The Position

The Sales Support Associate plays an integral role in the store’s success and efficiency, delivering friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and maintaining a well-presented sales floor. The role supports product flow from receipt through point of sale, including shipment processing, stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Associates also support sales-floor activities, represent the Coach brand, and follow cash-handling, housekeeping, and Loss Prevention policies. The schedule must be flexible to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and the competition in the marketplace.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet.
Ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, including supporting social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, maintain cash-wrap organization, and handle cash and media according to policy.
Suggest additional products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
