About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of the store’s success and efficiency, delivering on Coach’s brand commitment through friendly, efficient customer interactions at the cash wrap and a well-maintained sales floor. The role supports the flow of product from receipt through point of sale, with an emphasis on accurate and effective work. The associate welcomes and assists clients, supports sales floor and stockroom operations, operates point-of-sale systems, and helps maintain merchandising, housekeeping, and loss-prevention standards. This is a temporary position with a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as a brand ambassador within the store and local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate POS accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and other payment media in compliance with policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
