About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency, supporting the brand’s customer-service commitment through friendly, efficient interactions at the cash wrap and by maintaining a well-kept sales floor. The role supports the flow of product from receipt through point of sale, including processing shipments, maintaining stock, and replenishing merchandise. It also supports sales floor activities, customer requests, and visual merchandising while following company policies and Loss Prevention guidelines.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English-language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, as well as climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, keep the cash wrap organized, and handle cash and payment media in compliance with policy.
Suggest additional products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain a clean stockroom.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and carry out visual merchandising updates.
Support sales floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with team members or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
