About The Position

The Sales Support Associate is an integral part of store success and efficiency, delivering friendly, efficient customer service at the cash wrap and helping maintain a well-organized sales floor. The role supports product flow from receipt through point of sale, including receiving and organizing shipments, replenishing merchandise, and maintaining stockroom cleanliness. Associates also support customer-facing sales activities, visual merchandising, and store standards while serving as brand ambassadors.

Requirements

At least 1 year of previous retail experience, such as cashier, stock, or sales experience; luxury retail service experience is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Current knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including use of an iPad or laptop, Mobile POS, and the Internet; ability to use a walkie-talkie and understand and read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English-language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, as well as climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, anticipate their needs, and provide personalized assistance.
Represent the brand internally and in the local market, and support social media engagement.
Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, maintain cash-wrap organization, and handle cash and media according to policy.
Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and collect customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
Support sales-floor activities, respond confidently to customer requests, and partner with teammates or management as needed.
Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
