About The Position

Our haunted HQ is hunting for a Temporary Returns Specialist to tackle the incoming parade of zombie masks, pirate hats, and the endless superhero costumes. If you’re organized, speedy, and fearless when it comes to handling a mutant pumpkin or two, this job could be your ultimate Halloween treat!
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working in a distribution center or warehouse environment
- Previous experience handling returned merchandise
Responsibilities
- Check-in, process and repackage returned merchandise
- Work with handheld scan gun device to make sure all orders are processed and noted thoroughly
- Handle costumes to decide the condition it is in and eligibility for refund
- Maintain an organized work environment
- Work in an efficient manner in a high paced environment
- Additional duties as assigned by lead and/or manager
