About The Position

Responsibility Summary - Temporary Receptionist: Greet clients, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages Assist with scheduling meetings and conference room coordination Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, copying, and data entry Support architects and office staff with clerical duties as needed Maintain office supplies for the reception and common areas Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately Qualification Summary – Temporary Receptionist: Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic office equipment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a professional office setting Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor Compensation Full-time, hourly, timecard reporting required, medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk or hear. Work performed will primarily be of a sedentary nature which involves sitting much of the time. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. Employees may need to be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force, or a negligible amount of force, to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or move objects. Close visual acuity (with or without corrective glasses) is needed to analyze or prepare data, review data, view a computer terminal, read written communications, inspect/operate machinery and use measurement devices at close distances. Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00-5:00pm

Requirements

  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and basic office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a professional office setting
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
