About The Position

Boylston Staffing is looking for a Temporary Program Coordinator for a University in Boston. This is a 3-month temporary position with a pay rate of $30-$35/hr. In this role, you will conduct preliminary prospect research, track the solicitation process and progress, and update contact reports. You will assist the team in coordinating prospect portfolios and work with major gift officers to identify prospects utilizing prospecting and reporting tools. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings/appointments and making travel arrangements, compiling prospect profiles and related briefing materials, and supporting prospect visit follow-up by preparing correspondence, reports, and adding relevant data to the central prospect database. You will also prepare travel expenses for processing, assist with the planning and coordination of leadership events, and respond to donor and alumni inquiries as appropriate. This role serves as a liaison for administrative offices, alumni, donors, and volunteers. You will collaborate and coordinate joint travel and events for major gift initiatives as well as with other fundraising teams. You will work closely with other Development Assistants to lead and manage various projects and prepare materials for presentation and distribution. Other duties as necessary will also be performed.

Requirements
