About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals to join their team at Embassy Suites by Hilton Boston Marlborough as a Temporary On-Call Banquet Server for September and October. This role offers a flexible, on-call schedule, providing an excellent opportunity to earn extra income before the holidays while contributing to exceptional guest experiences during the busy banquet season. The position involves setting up banquet rooms, serving food and beverages, providing outstanding guest service, and assisting with event breakdown and cleanup. Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- 2-4 years of food service experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
- Excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous banquet or restaurant experience is a plus
- Friendly, positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours based on event schedules
