About The Position

The Temporary Instructor will assist with Training Lab development and training efforts with a strong focus on Inline Instrumentation and PLC Capabilities. This role involves training current technicians in the Brewing Process, PLC Standards, and other production solutions. The instructor will also support, troubleshoot, improve, and maintain technical training lab equipment, participate in the development of new training curriculums, and provide backup training support for other sessions as needed. The position offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment among a company of owners.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• PLC programming and troubleshooting expertise required
• Ability to instruct multiple curriculums for class sessions of 12+ attendees at any given time
• Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify root causes (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Adhere to lab and plant safety and 5S requirements

Nice To Haves

• 10+ years industrial electrical/programming experience or two year technical degree preferred
