About The Position

It's election season, and we need your help! Calling all Customer Service professionals! As a Temporary Hotline Representative, you will take inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters. You are responsible for creating a detailed ticket of each call, providing troubleshooting assistance, ordering supplies, and dispatching help to the Vote Center when needed. Apply Today! Requirements

  • Must be a registered voter or have the ability to become a registered voter in the State of Arizona by time of hire
  • Must pass an applicable background screening
  • Must demonstrate strong professional skills with internal and external stakeholders (written, telephone, and verbal)
  • Must be able to work overtime as necessary

Nice To Haves

  • One or more years of poll worker experience
  • One or more years of general office experience
  • One or more years of moderate computer use experience
  • One or more years of election experience

Responsibilities

  • Takes inbound calls from Poll Workers at Vote Centers, Troubleshooters, or Curbside Voters
  • Creates tickets detailing the call and what transpired
  • Provides troubleshooting over the phone, placing tickets for order supplies, or dispatching help to the Vote Center
  • Assists other divisions of Elections with their daily functions and activities
