About The Position
The Temporary Holiday Store Floater supports front-end and general store operations during the holiday season. This flexible role covers vacations and call-outs and may work in different areas from day to day based on operational needs. The schedule varies according to operational needs and is posted two weeks in advance. The position is full-time, hourly, and temporary, with starting pay of $19.67 per hour. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, responsive customer service throughout the store.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, credit/debit, and other forms of payment.
- Bag groceries carefully to protect product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Stock, face, and rotate products to maintain organized, well-merchandised displays.
- Assist customers with questions and help them locate products.
- Perform general store upkeep and restocking tasks.
- Follow workplace safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Adapt to changing assignments and department needs.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Work collaboratively to support efficient store operations.
- Support grocery, produce, wellness, and front-end operations as needed.
- Assist with basic merchandising and store presentation.
