Lesley University is seeking a Temporary Core Faculty for Nutrition to support its Threshold Programs. This role involves delivering cooking and nutrition-focused courses in a small instructor-to-student ratio. The classes cover topics such as Food Skills and Safety, Foundational Cooking Skills, Food and Nutrition, and Community Meal Planning. Instruction will take place in both traditional classroom settings and hands-on kitchen environments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with neurodiverse individuals, the ability to differentiate instruction, and be flexible.
