The Michelle Martin Group (MMG) is seeking a reliable and professional Temporary Campus Parking Support Associate to support parking operations for a university client in Fredericksburg, VA. This is a short-term, part-time assignment ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable interacting with the public, and can easily use touchscreen technology.

Requirements

• Dependable and able to work independently
• Comfortable using touchscreen devices and basic technology
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional demeanor when interacting with the campus community
• Ability to follow procedures and exercise good judgment
• Must be available for the duration of the assignment
• Valid driver's license may be required to operate the university golf cart

Nice To Haves

• Previous parking, security, campus services, customer service, public safety, or similar experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel throughout the university campus using a golf cart
• Monitor campus parking areas
• Use a touchscreen device to issue parking citations
• Interact professionally with students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Follow established university parking policies and procedures
• Provide courteous and professional customer service
