About The Position

UniHomes is hiring two Temporary Broadband Telesales Executives to join our B2C team for the busy summer sales window. This is a fully remote, fixed-term role focused on helping our existing student customers upgrade their broadband package. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy phone-based sales, want full-time hours from home, and are motivated by guaranteed pay plus uncapped commission. It offers a great opportunity to gain commercial experience in a friendly, supportive virtual team environment. The role involves making a high volume of outbound calls to existing UniHomes broadband customers to upsell them to faster or enhanced services. Key attributes for success include confidence, resilience, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a positive attitude. The ability to relate to students and their situations, such as shared housing, housemates, broadband, and bills, is also beneficial.

Requirements

  • Must have a quiet, reliable home working setup with good broadband (essential for a remote phone-based role).
  • Applicants must already have the permanent and unrestricted right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Making outbound calls to existing UniHomes customers to upsell broadband upgrades and enhanced packages.
  • Confidently explaining the benefits of upgraded broadband options and recommending what works best for each household.
  • Creating positive, engaging conversations that leave students feeling supported and informed about their broadband choice.
  • Accurately capturing customer decisions and updating account information in our systems.
  • Working towards individual and team targets, with uncapped commission for every upgrade.
  • Supporting the wider B2C team with ad hoc tasks and campaigns as required.
  • Providing a friendly, clear, and professional experience on every call.
