About The Position

We are looking for a Sanitation and Custodial Associate to join our client's warehouse team in the Walford area. You will help keep the facility clean, safe, and organized every day while building a long-term career path. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous warehouse cleaning experience
• Proven job longevity on your resume
• Ability to pass a physical, background check, and drug test
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to stoop, walk, and bend comfortably during the shift

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop, and scrub floors across warehouse and office areas.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, storage racks, and common spaces.
• Empty all trash receptacles and remove waste daily.
• Clear snow and ice from outdoor walkways and entrances.
• Assist with facility upkeep tasks and special projects like painting.
• Follow all company safety rules around active forklift traffic.
