About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator Temp – Events & PR to provide comprehensive support to the CEO and Executive Assistant to the CEO, assisting with events including book tour coordinator and public relations activities and communications. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage vendor relationships, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of administrative experience with exposure to event coordination and/or PR support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience coordinating vendors and managing logistics is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to Executive Assistant to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, and event coordination.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, including logistics, timelines, and on-site support.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Support PR initiatives by drafting communications, maintaining guest lists, and assisting with outreach.
  • Manage internal and external communications with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for events, vendors, and PR activities.
  • Support of social media management for events.
