About The Position

Sierra at TJX Companies is looking for a Merchandise Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfactory customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, and accurately handles customer transactions. The associate will also promote credit and loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and process/prepare merchandise for the sales floor. Additionally, they will participate in store recovery, maintain cleanliness and organization, and provide/accept feedback. Adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures, as well as supporting shrink reduction and safety awareness, are key aspects of this role. Other duties may be assigned.
