About The Position

The Teller position involves providing friendly, professional, and personalized service to all members, accurately handling money, and managing member account transactions with accuracy and a sense of urgency. This role requires collaboration with internal members to resolve inquiries efficiently and covering various responsibilities, including working at the drive-up window when needed. Additionally, the Teller will promote products and services to meet branch and company objectives through cross-selling.

• Prior teller/ cash handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional, personalized service to all members, using Service Strategies.
• Accurately handle money.
• Handling member account transactions with accuracy and a sense of urgency.
• Work collaboratively with all internal members to resolve all member inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Covering a wide variety of work responsibilities, filling needs when other tellers are away from their workstations including working at the drive-up window as needed.
• Promoting products and services to meet or exceed branch and company objectives; cross-selling products and services.
