Requirements

Strong listening and interpretive skills with the ability to match customer needs to appropriate financial solutions.
Confidence initiating conversations and building rapport with customers.
Goal-driven mindset with the ability to work toward monthly referral objectives.
Experience using customer relationship-building tools or willingness to learn.
Ability to present product information clearly and persuasively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
High school degree or equivalent required.
Cash handling experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service while building lasting customer relationships.
Engage with customers to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Identify referral opportunities that support customers' financial goals and contribute to branch growth objectives.
Conduct outbound customer outreach to share product updates, promote special offers, and strengthen customer and community relationships.
Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services to confidently explain features and benefits.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments and other transactions accurately while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate and learn from teams across the bank including customer service, accounting, loan servicing, and other departments.
