As a Full Time Teller within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Newark, DE. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. This role delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. It involves processing a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on financial alternatives, and identifying banking opportunities for referrals to branch staff. The Teller also performs lobby engagement activities, educates customers on managing financial transactions using technology, applies product and procedural knowledge to solve problems, and adheres to all policies and procedures. Additionally, the position ensures daily teller and branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately, and requires employees to be customer-focused and adept at managing risk within PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
