About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a part-time Teller to join its National Branch Network. This front-line, customer-focused role supports customers’ everyday banking needs through in-branch interactions, accurately processing transactions while delivering a welcoming and reliable experience. As a primary customer contact, the Teller represents the branch through attentive service and care. The Teller builds foundational banking skills by learning about customers’ needs and introducing helpful products, services, and digital tools. The role identifies opportunities to support customers and connects them with the appropriate banker for detailed product conversations. The Teller works with branch teammates to support daily operations and provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Wells Fargo provides training, coaching, and a team-based culture, with exposure to retail banking and opportunities for career growth. The position is located at 18220 E. 104th Ave. Unit A, Commerce City, CO 80022. The schedule includes Saturdays. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Base pay is $20.00–$26.00; employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience interacting with customers, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
Ability to work a schedule that includes Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Accurately process routine service transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing.
Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient banking options, including digital tools, self-service options, or the appropriate team member.
Build customer relationships, listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers to relevant information, services, digital tools, or bankers.
Identify potential product or service needs, introduce solutions at a high level, and refer customers to a banker for detailed guidance.
Complete transactional and operational activities accurately, using sound judgment and managing risk in accordance with policies and controls.
Use communication and active listening skills to clarify customer needs and provide clear solutions or next steps.
Collaborate with branch teammates, follow leadership direction, and escalate complex situations as needed.
Resolve routine customer questions or concerns and escalate more complex issues for timely resolution.
